SallySally Albrighton, CMT

I graduated with an Associated Degree from the Colorado School of Healing Arts with advanced studies
in Oncology Massage and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. I completed an internship at Porter Adventist
Hospital and Porter Hospice where I enjoyed working with cancer patients, survivors and their families.
My next journey in massage is to certify as a pediatric massage therapist.
I was born and raised in the beautiful state of Wyoming and I relocated to Denver, Colorado to pursue
my passion and education in massage therapy. During my free time, I love to spend time traveling on
adventures near and far. My goal is to explore all 50 states and every National Park in the United States
before I turn my travel sights overseas. I particularly love to travel to the Pacific Northwest and try to go
often. Every vacation is a dream vacation, whether it is hiking in the rainforest, camping in the desert or
enjoying a drink on the beach.
Pursuing a career in massage has been a goal of mine for several years. Prior to completing my
education I enjoyed staying home to raise my two kids, volunteering in their classrooms, going on
fieldtrips, popping in to have lunch with them, and really just immersing myself in being a mother.
There is a quote that I think beautifully sums up my philosophy on healing by Traci Walton, “By touching
a body, we touch every event it has experienced. For a few brief moments we hold all of a client’s
stories in our hands. We witness someone’s experience of their own flesh, through some of the most
powerful means possible: the contact of our hands, the acceptance of the body without judgment, and
the occasional listening ear. With these gestures we reach across the isolation of the human experience
and hold another person’s legend. In massage therapy, we show up and ask, in so many ways, what it is
like to be another human being. In doing so, we build a bridge that may heal us both.”

Modalities that I have trained in are:
Hot Stone, Prenatal, Trigger point Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Oncology Massage, Polarity
Therapy, Trauma Touch Therapy, Reflexology.
